Delivery & Returns
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
All deliveries are sent on a tracked service, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email and will be accessible on the order status page in your account.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery - FREE
Standard delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK.
Orders placed on a standard delivery service will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and then delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders will be sent with either DPD or Royal Mail.
Next Day (DPD) - £5.99
Next Day delivery service comes at an additional cost of £5.99.
Orders must be placed before 3pm (BST) Monday - Friday. Please note that orders are only dispatched Monday - Friday, any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
This service does not include Sunday delivery or Bank holidays.
This service is available to UK mainland customers only (excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, & Channel Islands, these locations will be placed on a Two Day service).
The following post codes are not eligible for Next Day delivery and will be assigned to a DPD Two Day service:
AB31-AB54, BT1-BT94, FK17-FK21, GY1-GY10, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, JE1-JE3, KA20, KA27, KW0-KW17, PA20-PA76, PH15-PH50, PO30-PO41, IV1-IV63, ZE1-ZE3
DPD Policy:
On the day of your delivery, DPD will send a notification via text/email to confirm your 1 hour delivery time slot. There will need to be someone present at the address to sign for the parcel, if no-one will be available you will have various options on your DPD notification email such as rearranging your delivery or leaving in a safe place. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel and no information has been supplied to DPD, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to proceed.
Delivery to a Neighbour by Default: If no instructions are provided, DPD drivers are permitted to leave parcels with a neighbour. The recipient is not always notified in advance that the parcel will be left with a neighbour, unless the customer specifies a delivery preference via the DPD app.
Option to Opt-Out: Through the DPD app (or via the notification email after an order is placed), customers have the option to specify that they do not wish their parcels to be left with a neighbour. If this option is selected, the driver will not leave the parcel with a neighbour, and will either attempt another delivery, or follow alternative instructions.

Royal Mail Policy:
It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unable to sign for a delivery. If this is the case, you will receive a Royal Mail calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. If your parcel is not collected or redelivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us.

Disclaimer: Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and days. While we do our best to ship parcels as soon as possible, all parcels are delivered by a third party courier, and as such, delays and logistical issues outside of our control may occur.
EU (incl. Republic of Ireland) Delivery
For orders to the European Union under the value of €150, all taxes and customs fees will be charged at the checkout when placing your order. You will not need to pay any additional fees after placing your order.
For orders to the EU over the value of €150, you will not be charged any taxes or customs fees at the checkout. These fees will be payable to your local customs office when your parcel enters your country.
Delivery to the USA
Due to recent changes to tariff charges under U.S. customs policy, all orders to the USA will now incur extra charges and import taxes. All our orders are sent on a duty unpaid (DDU) service, so all charges will be payable to the U.S. government when your parcel arrives into the country.
All these charges are liable to be paid by you, the customer, and will not be refunded if you choose to return the goods back to us.
International Delivery
We offer worldwide postage at very competitive prices. Your postage cost will be calculated at the checkout based on your country and the items you are ordering. Please find a table below showing estimated prices and delivery times.

Customs fees:
Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
Once the parcel arrives at a destination if it is refused by the customer they will be liable for any fees incurred via the courier service as well as a restock fee.
Please note customs fees will also be required for any exchanges and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns

UK Returns
Marc Darcy hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days* of receiving the order for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Please ensure that your original invoice or completed returns form are included in the parcel with your item(s). Please note, if your invoice or completed returns form are not included in your parcel, this could result in a delay to your exchange/refund.
*Please be sure to retain your receipt from the Post Office as this will act as proof of postage if the parcel is delayed or lost. We are not liable for any lost returns if a tracking number and proof of postage cannot be provided.
Refunds:
If you require a refund, please allow up to 5 working days from us receiving the goods for your refund to be processed and for a confirmation email to be sent, and a further 5-10 days for the funds to reach your account.
You can return your item(s) to us via your local Post Office, you can create your return label via this link. Please note this is not a free returns label, you will not incur a fee at the Post Office, however, if you use the label we will deduct £3.00 from your refund total.
If you have placed a large order you may receive multiple black postal bags to return any unwanted items. If you are returning multiple parcels you will be charged per label used. Large orders can be returned in the larger original box, however, some Post Offices may not accept this.
Any returns can also be returned with a courier of your choice to the below address. If you choose to use your own postage no deduction will be taken from your refund.

Exchanges:
If you require an exchange, you can return your item to us via your local Post Office, you can create your return label via this link free of charge. Please allow up to 10 days from returning to receive your exchange. We aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them, however, this is subject to change during busy periods.
All exchanges are sent back out on a DPD Next Day service (UK Mainland only), once the new goods have been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if any items you have requested are out of stock our team will be in contact to offer alternative options.
We offer one free exchange for every customer (UK customers only). If you require a second exchange on your order you will be liable for the return fee.
International Returns (including EU)
For international customers, please return your items with a local service of your choice on a tracked service and ensure that you fill out the relevant customs forms correctly so that no local sales taxes and/or customs duties are incurred (Please select 'Returned Goods' for the category of the items enclosed).
All returned goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order and be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Please ensure that your original invoice or completed returns form are included in the parcel with your item. Please note, if your invoice or completed returns form are not included in your parcel, this could result in a severe delay to your exchange/refund.
In the event that customs fees and/or taxes are charged, you may be responsible for these charges which will subsequently be deducted from your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us.
International Exchanges
If you require an exchange you will be expected to pay a fee of 50% of the cost to reship the items, this amount is dependent on your country and the goods being sent. You will be contacted about this fee once our team comes to dispatch your replacement item(s).
Please be aware that for international exchanges you may be liable to repay customs and import charges when the goods re-enter your country.
